Where can I find you?

We are located at Suite 10, 261 Queen St, Campbelltown. We are located in a courtyard behind the old post office located on the main thoroughfare in Campbelltown, right next to the Campbelltown Mall. Free parking is located in the Yellow council car park off Dumaresq st. 

How much do sessions cost?

1 hour session is $190

45 min session  is $142.50

30 min session is $95. (follow-up only)

We charge the same rates for NDIS funded clients, Medicare or privately funding. If you are booking in for an initial assessment we generally recommend a 60 minute session if you are NDIS funded and 45 minute session if you are Medicare or privately funded. This is due to the nature of NDIS clients often requiring a more detailed history and assessment requiring more time. We reserve 30 minute sessions for purely follow-up sessions where goals and a plan have already been determined. An assessment summary will be provided following the first session free of charge, however, for future reports, access requests and letters there will be a fee associated. Please contact our office if you require further information in regards to our pricing policy. 

How can I pay on the day?

We have HICAPS facilities at our clinic. This provides you with an option to pay via cash or card. For Medicare clients, we are able to process your Medicare rebate on the spot. For Private health funds, we can provide an invoice with our provider number and payment details so you can claim through your private health fund directly. 

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask that you provide 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling of appointments to not incur a cancellation fee. We understand that sometimes extreme circumstances can occur, feel free to contact our admin team if you have any questions in relation to our policy.
